Direct Cremation OC provides direct cremation services, which include:
Our current direct cremation price is $1,195, which includes all of the above. Additional services, merchandise, or government fees (such as death certificate copies) are not included and will be itemized separately.
We serve families throughout Orange County, California, including Irvine, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Garden Grove, Fullerton, Costa Mesa, Mission Viejo, Tustin, and surrounding communities. Transport from outside our standard service area may incur additional charges, which will be disclosed before services begin.
By engaging our services, you represent that you are the legal next-of-kin or have legal authority to authorize cremation under California law. Required documentation includes:
California law requires a 24-hour waiting period between death and cremation. Services cannot proceed without proper legal authorization.
Payment is due prior to cremation. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic check. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon amount for services rendered.
If paying by check and the check is returned, you agree to pay the full outstanding balance plus any applicable bank fees.
You may cancel services at any time. Refunds will be issued as follows:

Direct Cremation OC's liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We carry all required insurance and bonding as required by the California Cemetery and Funeral Bureau.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the deceased, including legal name, date of birth, and Social Security number, for the purpose of completing the death certificate. Errors resulting from inaccurate information provided to us may result in additional government fees for corrections.
